how I work
I usually need to understand the people, the workflow and the constraints before the UI makes sense.
I start by collecting context: how the work is done, what people are asking for, and what is already constrained.
I put the pieces together: user needs, business rules, technical constraints and dependencies.
This is where flows, scope and priorities start to take shape.
Then I design, prototype, review with the team and adjust until the direction is concrete enough to build.

My professional path started in clinical psychology in Colombia. After moving to France, I moved gradually through digital strategy and project work into Product Design. The roles changed, but I kept the same habit: understand the situation before proposing an answer.
